Iqbal (Ike) Mutabanna is the CEO of 110 Equity, owning and operating multifamily and commercial real estate assets. Currently, Ike’s portfolio includes over 1,300 multifamily units representing over $270M in assets under management. His deal completion history includes over 2,500 multifamily units in Texas, Florida, and North Carolina. Ike has also invested in industrial and office properties, as well as in specialized infrastructure development projects across the sunbelt.
Prior to his investment venture, Ike was a C-level executive with expertise in building marketing and customer research tech products. He holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a specialization in mathematical modeling and optimization problems.
