Today’s guest is Brian Briscoe, the co-founder, and principal in the real estate investment firm Four Oaks Capital. He is also the host of the Diary of an Apartment Investor podcast, helping aspiring apartment investors become experienced apartment investors.

 

He is an active duty marine Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps and is currently stationed at the Pentagon.
